size?up: A Summer’s Day in The Six.

Let us guide you through the city on opening day.

We know everyone’s been spending more time at home as of late – but at this point, you’re living under a rock if you don’t know we’re opening our first size? Canada location in Toronto this summer. For now, the launch date is under wraps, but that doesn’t mean you can’t start sizing up how you’re going to spend the big day. From waking up with a morning coffee, to freshening up your look with a weekend haircut, and keeping it going with an afternoon snack; we’ve laid out everything you need for a summer’s day to remember.

Step 1 – size? Link Up:

Link up with your crew at size? TO, at 1000 Queen St West (keep it within you social bubble, of course). Check out the outside of the shop – maybe even pop in to get an idea of what you’re feeling, from the footwear shelves to the clothing racks and accessories. No need to cop anything as you’ll be back later

Step 2 – Coffee Fix:

Start heading north up Ossington Ave. First stop is Sam James Coffee Bar for a Cold Brew, or an Iced Oat Milk Mocha (we know… but don’t knock it ‘til you try it). These folks know coffee – and whatever rotating snacks they’ve got on the docket are sure to impress. You can grab a bite here if you’re hungry, but don’t spoil your appetite!

Step 3 – Fresh Fades & Hoagies:

Turn on Dundas and head east towards Town Barber. If you’ve got appointments, the whole crew can get fresh for the day real quick.

But first, hit up Lambo’s Deli & Grocery for probably the best breakfast sando you’ve ever tasted: Lambo’s famous Breakfast Hoagie. Complete with a French omelette stuffed with chives and aged white cheddar; served with double smoked bacon, kosher dill pickles, house-made tomato jam and herb butter. Take your time with this one.

Step 4 – Time For a Stroll:

Ok, now that your belly is full and your top is chopped – it’s time to walk off that hoagie, and show off that new cut. Hit Trinity Bellwoods for a stroll through the park. This park is a cultural icon, having been represented through songs and videos by Drake, K-OS, Daniel Caesar, Donald Glover and more of our biggest inspirations – heck, you might even make memories at some size? events popping off at Trinity Bellwoods in the years to come. In short: If you’re going to get familiar with the new size? Toronto area, this is the place to start.

Step 5 – Check the Art Scene

While you’re in the Trinity area, you better check out the local art scene at Art Gallery of Ontario (AGO) and Royal Ontario Museum (ROM) – check their websites to see what’s going down on the day-of. If you need a second wind before this part, head down to St. Lawrence Market or Kensington Market to refuel with another coffee and some lunch.

Step 6 – Ferry Tours & The Best Cookies in Town:

From the Trinity area, if you’ve got some time and are looking for the full touristic experience, catch a ferry trip to the Toronto Islands and back. Once you touch back down on the mainland, you can load up on trinkets at Stackt Market, grab the best cookies in the city at Le Gourmand, and book your reservation for dinner at Imanishi (one of our favourite Japanese restaurants in the city).

Step 7 – size? Up

Head east, back to the corner of Dundas and Ossington where you started, and walk down to size? Toronto. By now, you’ve had a full day to think about the ‘fits you’re going to put together in the store. Make sure to ask our staff how we’re celebrating the launch, as we’ll definitely have some exclusive offers throughout the opening month.

Step 8 – Ice Cream or a Nightcap

If you need a snack to hold you down – get a scoop or two at Bang Bang Ice Cream & Bakery. Otherwise, head home and put together your dinner look. Make sure you’re picking something comfy enough for the road, and fresh enough for the meal. If we’re lucky, you might even be able to drop by Apartment 200 for a nightcap and a dance – depending on what ‘the new normal’ looks like this summer. Pro-Tip: Take ‘fit pics with your haul once you get home. You can share them with your crew at dinner, just so they know you’ve still got it. But maybe, just maybe, keep one to yourself so you can keep those fools on their toes.
