We regret to inform you that we’re no longer able to ship to certain rural postal codes. If this affects you, our Customer Service team is here to help. Don’t hesitate to reach out, we’re committed to finding the best solution for your needs.

Processing times may vary from order to order, but please know that size? staff are always prioritizing your order to get it shipped out to you as quickly as possible. We kindly ask that our customers allow at least 3-5 business days for their order(s) to be processed before shipment.

Also, please note that during periods with high order volumes (e.g. during sales, holiday seasons, etc.), processing times may vary. In these instances, please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be processed before shipment. 

For all orders placed online, tracking information will be provided via Canada Post or FedEx and will be emailed to you as soon as your order is shipped. All orders will require a signature upon delivery.

In-store pick up is FREE for customers at size? locations in Toronto or Vancouver. At checkout, select "In-Store Pick Up" at your preferred store and complete your purchase as usual. Please allow 4-7 business days for your order(s) to be prepared, and we will send you an email notification once your in-store pick-up is ready for retrieval.

All shipping rates are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

For international orders, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer upon receiving their package. 

*Please note, all Nike, Jordan, and The North Face products are ineligible for shipment outside of Canada.
