Please allow 4-7 business days for your order(s) to be processed and prepared, and we’ll send you an email notification as soon as your in-store pick up is ready at the size? location of your choosing.

All order cancellation requests are processed in the order they are received, and are not a guarantee.

All items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for cancellation, and they may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Refused shipments, sequential orders, or orders indicative of bot activity may be subject to a 25% restocking fee if cancelled. They may also be subject to additional shipping costs where applicable.

Regular priced items can be returned for refund or exchange within 28 days of purchase with receipt (some exclusions apply).

For online returns, a pre-paid shipping label will be issued with the amount being deducted from the refund total upon return.
