Please note, however, all Nike, Jordan, and The North Face products are ineligible for shipment outside of Canada.
All order cancellation requests are processed in the order they are received, and are not a guarantee. If your order has shipped, please process a return request here when you've received your package. All items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for cancellation, and they may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Refused shipments, sequential orders, or orders indicative of bot activity may be subject to a 25% restocking fee if cancelled. They may also be subject to additional shipping costs where applicable.
Regular priced items can be returned for refund or exchange within 28 days of purchase with receipt (some exclusions apply).
For online returns, a pre-paid shipping label will be issued with the amount being deducted from the refund total upon return.
For in-store returns, our staff can help you process refunds or exchanges at our Toronto location if you’re based in the city or GTA.

"Final Sale" indicates that the item is not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation. This may include but is not limited to: products that are on sale or purchased using a promotional code; all products purchased on their scheduled release date or purchased during a raffle; any purchases made while a "Final Sale" disclaimer is noted on the product page; and orders with an indication that a bot/restock monitor has been used.
All Discount/Promo codes are one-time use and can be applied when you’re ready to checkout.
On the checkout page, where you enter your Contact Information, you’ll find a “Discount code” prompt on the right-hand side. Enter your Discount/Promo code and click “Apply” before proceeding to the next page.
Your Discount/Promo will be applied to your subtotal, and you can complete your transaction after that.
Please note, most Discount/Promo codes can only be applied to regular priced items, and only codes that are specifically identified as being valid when applied to on sale items can be used to purchase discounted products.
Unless specified otherwise, on sale, “Final Sale,” release, raffle, and other select items cannot be purchased with Discount/Promo codes. Please click here to see our full list of product exclusions.
If a product is currently available at a discounted price at any of our stores or on our site, and you’ve purchased it at regular price within the last 7 days, we’ll be more than happy to issue you a refund for the corresponding price difference.
Please keep in mind that this is only possible if we currently have the product in question available for purchase at a discounted price. This does not apply to any product or size that’s sold out. We only offer price matches within 7 days of the purchase in question. Some exclusions may apply.
